Movie Trailers

Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008

I’ve just realised that one of the things I like to do most on my lunch breaks is watch movie trailers.

I find that apple.com/trailers is a great way to spend 40/45 minutes eating noodles and watching movies due out soon; there is a number of films on there in all sorts of genres (even though I mostly keep an eye on comedies, sci fi, action and drama) One trailer in particular that I have seen on there recently and continue to watch quite often due to its hilarity is Role Models.

Starring Sean William Scott and Paul Rudd, looks like its going to be a popular one.

It Lives!

My bad boy 4 year old 4th generation touch wheel 40Gb iPod lives!

After a quick restore and wiping it clean, it has thus far worked *touch wood*

Cannae believe it, I’m even happier about this than Paul Ince getting sacked :)

As a follow up to yesterday’s post…

Bawbag

Nae luck bawbag, have a Merry Christmas.

Paul Ince, sacked, 16th December 2008 “Boys against Men”

Paul Ince

Monday, December 15th, 2008

“Boys against men”, those were the words uttered by Paul Ince after Celtic were swept aside by Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford in the Champions League earlier this season.

Since that comment Paul Ince’s own side Blackburn Rovers have gone 7 games without even drawing. 2nd bottom of the Premiership, 3 wins all season and only 13 points from 17 games.

Nae luck Paul Ince – you are a cock.

iPod RIP

Friday, December 12th, 2008

Well it eventually had to happen, the warning signs had been there for the past couple of months but my now well over 4 year old 4G iPod has kicked the bucket – this morning it crashed several times, lost all of my playlists and removed half or more of my songs off the lists despite still claiming to be full in the About area.

I’m going to try resetting the whole thing later when I’m home. Heavy gutted. I think I have easily gotten my money’s worth from my 40Gb 4th Generation iPod…. time to embrace touch.
