Absolutely gutted to hear about the condition of the big man, first testicular cancer, then brain and now it has spread to his lungs; I’ve had the pleasure of meeting this guy a few times and he is nothing short of being an absolute gentleman.

I’ve had enough of this pish, the glorification of some half retarded racist Big Brother reject dying.
The way her life has been across the media recently with regards to her marriage and the cancer, which will any day now end her life, has been nothing short of an absolute scandal. Maybe I’m missing something here, but thousands of people suffer and die from cancer every year, people who unfortunately have to leave family behind – but what the fuck has Jade Goody ever done to deserve the spotlight to get some money for her kids when she passes away and more to the point what the fuck has she done to deserve this treatment in front of any other cancer sufferer in the same position?

She is ‘the most famous Big Brother housemate’ but the funny thing is she didn’t even win the fucking thing! And she only got famous for greetin’ every 2 minutes while blubbering out ‘ahm ah mingin?’ – aye love, you are and the way you have squeezed every penny out of the media recently is minging too. There’s even talk about her funeral being broadcast live on the television – hawd on a fucking second – naw, just naw, whatever channel decides in their wisdom to do this I will personally never watch again.
In similar positions to her, better people would simply want to spend the last few weeks/days/hours of their lives with the people they love and mean most to them, not glorifying themselves when quite frankly there is bollocks all to glorify in the media spotlight.
There is a global economic crisis, Josef Fritzl is a bad bad man, the government is all over the place but hawd the bus and stop the press, Jade fucking Goody is on her last legs.
Enough is enough. Everybody has been thinking it but someone had to say it. Leave her alone to pass away in the company of her family and in the same time someone tell her to leave us alone and stop putting herself in the spotlight when she has absolutely no right to be there.

But see as much as I love it, I hate what it does to other folk around here, so here are my pet hates about the snow and its effect on people here…
Why is it that when it snows here, in a country renowned for its shite weather, be it heavy rain, gale force winds or blizzards, everyone is put on warning and the country ‘comes to a stand still’ – this country should expect this type of weather, so why aren’t there measurements put in place to ensure that nothing as to come to a standstill?
Drivers, man up, just because its snowing doesn’t mean that you have to drop your speed to 5 mph on main roads, this is the 21st century, cars are prepared to deal with this sort of pish so if you’re going to slow down do us all a favour and just don’t drive at all, take the bus and let that go slow for you instead of causing tailbacks.
My last pet hate is simply… why can’t the snow lie for more than 4 hours?! I wanted to go back to the flat and build a snowman.

Well it eventually had to happen, the warning signs had been there for the past couple of months but my now well over 4 year old 4G iPod has kicked the bucket – this morning it crashed several times, lost all of my playlists and removed half or more of my songs off the lists despite still claiming to be full in the About area.
I’m going to try resetting the whole thing later when I’m home. Heavy gutted. I think I have easily gotten my money’s worth from my 40Gb 4th Generation iPod…. time to embrace touch.
